Dave’s 318ci motor had expired so he came to us to fit another 318, along with a new clutch and few small tidy up jobs.

Matt’s ’75 Dodge Dart
Matt purchased this Dart off eBay as an unfinished project. He brought it to Billadeau Speed to sort the wiring, fit the windows & interior and we got the car through an MOT.
Jamie’s ’68 Dodge Charger R/T 440
Following a full body restoration by Ash at APR Bodyworks, Jamie’s Charger was brought to Billadeau Speed for reassembly and wiring.
Mark’s ’72 Dodge Dart
Mark’s Dart came in for us to sort a few wiring faults. He then entered the American Super Stock series… the 318 motor was soon out in favour of a built 340!
The 340 was rebuilt with Eagle Rods, KB Pistons, iron heads and a Comp Cams hydraulic cam. It made 290hp at the rear wheels, so approximately 415hp from the motor. Craig Ainge did another fantastic signwriting job giving the car a true super stock look.
John’s ’68 Dodge Dart
A regular American Super Stock competitor, John’s Dart came in for engine work and graphics. The 440 engine features forged pistons, ported heads and a mechanical cam. The vinyl graphics bring the car to life with a true Super Stock style.
Back again at Billadeau Speed several years later, John’s Dart came in to be fitted with the HEMI which used to power Dave’s Fury. The valve gear was refitted and it was up and running. ‘Reckless’ went on to run 11.2s at the 2013 Mopar Nats.
Chris’s ’68 Dodge Charger
Chris’s 500ci motor was poorly, so we fitted Edelbrock heads and replaced the rocker gear. It was soon back to running like a dream.
Jon’s Dodge Dart
Jon’s tidy Dart came in for a rebuild of its 340 engine.
Tim’s ’64 Dodge D100 Gasser
Tim’s Gasser Circus contender was given a full wiring job. Billadeau Speed painted the stripes on the roof before Craig Ainge applied the signwriting to complete the trucks period style.
Howard’s ’68 Dodge Coronet R/T
Howard bought a kit form 493ci engine for his Coronet and came to Billadeau Speed to complete the build. It featured a mild mechanical cam and B1/BS heads. This produced 550hp on the dyno, with 600ft-lbs of torque.
The engine bay was sandblasted, painted and rewired. Other jobs included installing the centre console, fitting a fibre glass hood and upgrading the fuel system. The propshaft was also upgraded to 1350 UJs.
